YOU ARE HIRING A SHARED BUILDING. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The building has 4 units. ( 2/1 and two studios and an RV across from the studio front door) You are renting 1 in the middle. It’s a studio with its own separate entrance. Some noise may be possible but it’s generally very peaceful and quiet. 8 mins from the airport. 8 mins from the cruise port. Not glamorous but an AFFORDABLE and clean place to stay.
